Help with carburator settings

Hello all
I live in Denmark, and although I had German in elementary school, this post will be in English to avoid misunderstandings. :)

I have bought a Honda ANF 125 Innova from 2004, which troubles me a lot.
When I bought it, it went out at low speeds and at idle.
It has a new Keihin carburetor fitted.

Unfortunately, I tried to adjust the mixture screws myself, which has now resulted in it not wanting to start at all. And stupid as I am, I did not notice the positions of the screws before I turned them.

Therefore I would like to know if anyone knows how much the screws need to be turned to bring the carburettor back to standard?

From my Haynes manual I can see that the pilot screw must be turned out 1 5/8 times, but what about the air screw?
